Robert A. James

Rob James is a San Francisco attorney. A graduate of Yale Law School and Stanford University, he is the author of Humanity and the Big Dipper (2020), Truths and The Maltese Falcon (2024), and two forthcoming books—Energy Law Literacy and The Enduring Robert Benchley (editor). He is also Senior Research Fellow of the Institute for Responsible Carbon Removal at American University and author of many articles on business, law and legal history.
