Guy Harrison

Guy Harrison has been obsessed with computer technology since his parents unwisely took him to see the classic movie 2001: A Space Odyssey when he was nine years old. He was lucky to find his way into the software industry, where he worked as a developer, consultant, and executive. He has written nine on computer technology and has spoken at conferences around the world. He lives in Melbourne, Australia, with his beloved wife Jenny, two Border Collies, and two Bengal cats. His most recent book is "AI, Quantum Computing and Web3: What you need to know about three technologies that will shape our future". When not writing, Guy enjoys hiking, reading science fiction, studying Astrophysics (what a nerd!), and spending time with his wife and family.
