Michelle A. Green

Michelle A. Green, MPS, RHIA, FAHIMA, CPC, is a SUNY Distinguished Teaching Professor and adjunct faculty member at Mohawk Valley Community College, Utica N.Y. She is an active member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and is a Fellow of the American Health Information Management Association (FAHIMA). She has won many awards in recognition of her teaching excellence, including the State University of New York Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching, Alfred State College Alumni Association Teacher of the Year, Who's Who Among America's Teachers, and AHIMA's Educator of the Year Triumph Award.
