Bill Bliss

Bill Bliss has worked in English language and civics education since 1974 as a teacher, trainer, refugee center program manager, consultant to government agencies and school systems, and advocate for immigrant and refugee education. He is author of many courseware publications used in English language, literacy, civics education, and career preparation programs in the United States and worldwide.
