Chang Liu PhD

Chang Liu (1969-) was born a scientist and entrepreneur. He is passionate about both engineering and the application of engineering in entrepreneurship and startups. He started six companies, wrote over 180 research papers, and authored four books. His interests traverses engineering and business, east and west. Chang Liu graduated from Caltech with a Ph.D degree and was professor of Engineering at University of illinois.
