Jim Szilagyi

Jim Szilagyi worked at Chrysler from 1989 to 2009, and spent several years developing high performance and racing parts in the Mopar Performance Parts, Dodge Motorsports, and SRT groups. Many of these parts were used in "Grass Roots" racing programs like the NASCAR Dodge Weekly Racing Series, USAC Sprint Cars and Midgets, and World of Outlaws Sprint Cars. The author and his co-workers at Mopar developed many of the (Mopar) high performance and stroker engine parts shown in this book. Jim moved to JEGS High Performance in 2009 and spent the next 6 years developing private label branded HP and racing products for JEGS. In 2016 Jim joined Holley Performance Products as a Sr Merchandizing Manager responsible for commercializing new products and website organization & content for select brands.
