Bret Werner

Bret Werner was raised in the Philadelphia suburbs of Delaware County, Pennsylvania where he currently resides. Mr. Werner has a BA in History from Kutztown University and an MEd in Social Studies from Widener University. He currently chairs a high school social studies department in a small suburban district in Bucks County, PA and teaches AP European history along with duel enrollment US history college courses. Mr. Werner has had a life long passion for history and is especially captivated by the Great War and the Second World War, spending years researching both. He is active within the living history community and with veteran organizations. His books reflect his research and passion.
