Kelly Smith

Kelly M. Smith is the author of Open Your Heart with Quilting (Dreamtime, 2008), an inspirational "why to" for new and experienced quilters. She has also written How to Build, Maintain, and Use a Compost System (Atlantic, 2011), a complete composting how-to for any gardener. Kelly enjoys designing quilts, fabric dyeing, hand and machine appliqué, and watercolor painting. After twelve years in the IT industry, Kelly began to focus on her writing and quilting in 2009.
