Drew Locher

Drew Locher is the award winning author of four books on the subject of Enterprise Excellence and Lean Thinking. He is a faculty member of the Lean Enterprise Institute, the ThedaCare Center for Healthcare Value, and the University of Michigan ISD. Since 1990 when he founded 'Change Management Associates', Drew has been delivering organizational development services to organizations in manufacturing and service industries. He is a frequent speaker at conferences in the U.S. and abroad.
