Elisabeth M. Hamin

关于作者

Elisabeth Hamin Infield (1961 - ) is a professor of regional planning at the University of Massachusetts. Teaching and researching solutions to climate change is the core of her work. She grew up within sight of the Jones and Laughlin Steel Works, in Cleveland, back when the air was bad and the jobs were good. When the air was good, the jobs went away. Now she seeks ways that we can have all that -- good air, good jobs, good quality of life -- while still leaving the next generation a planet that is better, not worse, than the one she was born into.
