Anthony J. Lattanze is an engineer, university professor, researcher, and entrepreneur. He spent many years as an engineer in the aerospace domain working on military and commercial air and space craft systems and was a Software Engineering professor at Carnegie Mellon University. He is the Director of Software Engineering at the Institute of Applied Engineering at the University of South Florida. He ran is own successful consulting business and has consulted to various organizations throughout the world on software and systems design. Anthony is the author of numerous technical papers and textbooks on software and systems engineering and design. His book THE CARIBBIUM EFFECT is his first work of fiction and is quite literally the fulfillment of a dream. Anthony indicates that he dreamt the entire story arc of the book one night and felt compelled to write the story down despite having minimal experience in the fiction genre. Anthony enjoys sailing, fishing, and kayaking in the wonderful Florida sunshine with his wife Karen and little dog, Lucy.
