Elaine Ann Allen is best known for her children’s picture book series, Olly the Oyster, which has been cited by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration as an educational resource for students to learn how oysters filter and clean the water. Her books have also been featured in educational programs at schools, libraries, museums, and environmental organizations. Elaine enjoys writing children's stories about nature that are both fun and educational. Elaine grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland along with a large loving family and many pets. She went to Washington College in Maryland where she received a BA in English Literature. Elaine also has a Master's in Marketing. Frogs Eat Spaghetti...Right? is the first installment in Elaine's new What Animals Do series which will be available in eBook format, as well as paperback and hardcover.
