Leon Rogers has been a builder for more than 35 years, gaining nationwide recognition as a speaker, educator and consultant. He has made presentations at every Builder's Show since 1981 and Taught over 500 national seminars. Leon has trained literally thousands of Superintendents and Construction Managers. He is a professor emeritus at Brigham Young University where he taught Construction Management for 25 years. He has developed and implemented a number of widely acclaimed superintendent training programs for home builders. Leon is the president of Construction Management Associates a consulting firm specializing in helping builders get control of their construction operations.
