Eliza Cross

Eliza Cross is the author of fifteen books, including the bestselling cookbook "101 Things To Do With Bacon" (Gibbs Smith). Her cookbook "Bacon Beans and Beer," won the 2018 Eating the West award from the Mountain and Plains Independent Booksellers Association. Other recent titles include "Hot Diggity Dog," "Small Bites: Skewers, Sliders, and Other Party Eats," and "Pumpkin It Up!" Eliza is the founder of the BENSA Bacon Lovers Society, where she shares bacon recipes, events and cooking guides. She blogs about good food, creating a peaceful home and saving money at ElizaCross.com. She serves as a judge for many culinary events, and her articles have appeared in publications like Sunset, Parents, Writers' Digest, Mountain Living and Mother Earth Living. Eliza lives with her family near Denver.
