Karen Michel

Karen Michel is a mixed media Artist and Author who creates Art as Ceremony. Based in New York she is the author of the Green Guide for Artists and the Complete Guide to Altered Imagery. Karen Michel has taught art workshops throughout North America and is currently expanding her online workshop offerings. She participated in running a not for profit art center in New York for over 10 years which featured an active working multi discipline art studio & gallery space.  She is currently working on the Ancestral Botanicals art series & study which explores the depictions of the plants our ancestors held relationship with.
