I write fiction, poems, plays, and nonfiction. I also have taught college literature and writing courses and have served as the senior editor of a classroom literary magazine for young adults. I am a fan of the Oxford comma. I am probably writing right now. But maybe I am eating clam chowder in a diner. Or looking at oystercatchers through binoculars. Or watching a Swedish detective movie with subtitles. Who knows?
