Joanne Schlosser

Joanne Schlosser, MBA, ACC, SPHR is a speaker, writer, consultant and certified coach with extensive business experience. Her passion is coaching leaders and their teams to achieve extraordinary results. Joanne served as Director, Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, in a large healthcare organization, where she was instrumental in the creation and execution of the coaching program, which won the 2012 International Prism Award for coaching excellence from the International Coach Federation. She wrote "Coaching: An Innovative Approach to Developing Leaders at Banner Health," published in August 2011 by the International Journal of Coaching in Organizations.

In addition to providing leadership coaching for high potential managers, mid-level leaders, senior executives and physicians and their teams, she has delivered thousands of dynamic, engaging presentations, workshops and retreats. Joanne is an accomplished speaker, trainer and former chapter president of the National Speakers Association, Arizona Chapter.

As a coach, consultant and speaker, Joanne has delighted over 100 clients from the Fortune 500 to small businesses, government agencies and associations. Clients include: Walt Disney World, Vanguard Health Systems, Hyatt, Marriott, Berlex Laboratories, University of Phoenix and the Food Allergy Management Europe.

Joanne resides in Arizona with her husband and two dogs.
