Nick Casto

Nick Casto is a retired physician who lives on a tree farm and is now actively

combining his lifetime loves of writing, medicine and the outdoors. His first book, "Distant Thunder", was released 20 years ago and during the ensuing years he authored both fiction and non-fiction magazine articles. With retirement came the time to fine tune several manuscripts that had languished on the "get to these later" office shelves. "Authentication" was released late last year with "Angela Eyler" following a few months later. The sequel to "Angela Eyler", "Nightsingers", will be released in the fall of 2015.

Although all of these works are fiction, Nick builds his works on a framework of fact, interweaving the fictional storyline and characters in such a manner that leaves the reader wondering: where does reality end and fantasy begin?
