Mike Morrison

Mike Morrison, Ph.D., is the founder of the University of Toyota. He is also a 2022 American Writing Awards Winner! His consulting and coaching work has taken him around the globe in service to a range of leading enterprises. He is the author of Leading Through Meaning: A Philosophical Inquiry, The Other Side of the Card, and This is Not Working. He continues to be a lifelong student and practi- tioner of leadership, culture development, and lean thinking. He has also served as a senior scientist for the Gallup Organization. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Kerry, and their three cats, Gus, Joni, and Angelina. Their adult children, Zack and Mackenzie, live in New York and Los Angeles, respectively.
