Christian Warren

Christian Warren studies the cultural history of health and the environment. He is the author or editor of three books, including the award-winning Brush with Death: A Social History of Lead Poisoning. His essays have been published in the New York Times, the Washington Post, the American Journal of Public Health, and the Philadelphia Inquirer. He is Professor of History at Brooklyn College, CUNY.
