Her forthcoming debut historical fiction, THE BRIEF AND TRUE REPORT OF TEMPERANCE FLOWERDEW, was a finalist in the University of New Orleans Press Publishing Lab Prize. A descendant of Louisa May Alcott, she lives in North Carolina.
