Alisa Del Tufo

Alisa Del Tufo Founder of Threshold Collaborative I have worked to support justice and to strengthen empathy throughout my life. Raising over 80 million dollars, I founded three game changing organizations: Sanctuary for Families, CONNECT and Threshold Collaborative. In the early 1990’s I pioneered the use of oral history and community engagement to build grassroots change around the issues of family, and intimate violence. With Threshold this work has been honed so that we can partner with and teach an array of participatory strategies that address social challenges in ways that ignite empathy, inclusion, insight and impact. My innovations have been recognized through a Revson, Rockefeller and Ashoka Fellowship.​
