Charles G. Cobb is the author of The Project Managers Guide to Mastering Agile: Principles and Practices for an Adaptive Approach. That book is now in its second edition and has been used as a graduate-level textbook in several universities/ He is an expert-level Project Manager and Agile Coach and has extensive hands-on experience with a number of different development methodologies in many different industries and application areas. Mr. Cobb has been a guest speaker at numerous PMI, Agile, and executive-level events, and for more than 15 years he has worked with many companies on developing and improving software development processes. He is the author of three books on Agile Project Management as well as two books on business excellence and systems analysis.
