关于作者

I was one the luckiest people--I fell in love with theatre when I was a freshman in high school and was able to follow my dream having taught drama at Sentinel High School in Missoula, Mt. for 37 years directing over 190 productions, ranging from Tim Kelly, old chestnuts like "Man Who Came to Dinner" to Shakespeare and Broadway Musicals. As I was fortunate to have a successful program I wanted to share my experiences as a one-person drama department with others who work with students and want to put on a play and/or teach drama. I recently received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Montana Theatre Education Association. I've kept my hand 'in the biz' by acting and teaching. Some of my adventures on stage were with Missoula Children's Theatre community productions of "Grease" playing Miss Lynch, "Seussical", "Miracle on 34th Street", and "Oliver", and The Montana Actors Theatre productions of "Midsummer Night's Dream" as Peter Quince and as Martha in "Arsenic & Old Lace". Teaching numerous classes, including Improv, for the University of Montana's Continuing Education MOLLI program (Montana Osher Lifelong Learning Institute) has been soo rewarding.
