Larry is originally from Dayton OH. He has been working in the Data Processing field since 1974 beginning with digital communications system repair and then moving on to mainframe programming. During these years, he has worked as Manager of Information Centers at the corporate headquarters of a major telecommunications company, Applications Manager at a major law firm and Computer Operations Manager at a major automotive manufacturing facility. He has managed multi-million dollar projects and served many years in IT Management roles. He has supported quality initiatives at major manufacturers and in office situation. Larry has an MBA and BSBA from Rockhurst University and a Masters of Project Management degree from West Carolina University. He is currently a senior adjunct faculty at DeVry University's Columbus OH campus teaching graduate level classes on project management and information security. His professional certifications include Certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute, Six Sigma Black Belt, Master of Business Continuity certification and also an ITIL Service Manager v2 certificate. Larry served eight years active duty in the US Marine Corps and retired from the Army Reserve as an infantry First Sergeant.
