I was born in Tacoma, WA, graduated from Apple Valley High School, Victor Valley College (A.A), California State University at Fullerton (B.S.) and Adams State College (M.A.) I am presently working on my Ph.D. at Walden University in Public Policy and Administration with an emphasis in Homeland Security. I have been a teacher and coach at the high school and collegiate levels. I am presently working for the Clark County School District as the Assistant to the Chief of Police in Las Vegas, Nevada. My wife, Annette, and I operate AnnWar Productions. We have three documentary films - A Band to Honor - The story of the USS Arizona Band (2020) - From USS Arizona Survivor to Unsung American Hero - The Lou Conter Story (2020) and the Man In the Middle - The story of famed NFL Hall of Fame football player and Sonny Jani, the man who befriended him during his battle with the brain condition known as chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) (2020). We also run the Las Vegas International Film and Screenwriting Festival. I hold a certificate in Screenwriting from UCLA and have completed several feature-length screenplays and television pilots.
