Ramsey Coutta

Ramsey Coutta lives near Ellisville, Mississippi with his wife Jenny and three boys. He graduated from New Orleans Baptist Seminary with a Master of Divinity and Ph.D. He has retired from the Army National Guard after serving 26 years as a Chaplain.
