British-born author Diz White divides her time between the Cotswolds in England and Hollywood where she also has a career as an actress/playwright/screenplay writer. Diz really enjoys hearing from her readers and can be contacted through her publicist's email at Larrabee Libraries: publicitypromo@aol.com and on her web site www.DizWhite.com. Diz wrote the hit show 'El Grande de Coca-Cola' (subsequently televised by HBO), with her comedy troupe, for which she won a New York Critics Drama Desk Award. Diz also conceived the play 'Bullshot Crummond' when she found an old Bulldog Drummond novel in a thrift store and envisioned its subject matter as a spoof show. Subsequently, this show became the movie 'Bullshot' produced by ex-Beatle George Harrison's HandMade Films (Available in DVD on Amazon) in which she starred along with Billy Connelly, and also co-wrote. Diz is also the author of 'The Comedy Group Book' (Smith and Kraus), 'Haunted Cotswolds' (The History Press) and 'Haunted Cheltenham' (The History Press). She is married to Randall Montgomery and together they produced a DVD adapted from her book entitled 'Ghosts of Great Britain - Haunted Cotswolds' (Available on Amazon). Randall also took all the photos for Diz's book 'Cotswolds Memoir: Discovering a Beautiful Region of Britain on a Quest to Buy a 17th Century Cottage' (Larrabee Libraries). Diz is currently working on a screenplay of this book, a play with her comedy troupe and a new book about the Cotswolds.
