Kathleen Stinnett has coached leaders at all levels and facilitated workshops for thousands of individuals at all levels of organizations nationally and internationally. Considered a “coach’s coach,” clients describe her as an energetic, positive force and role model. In 2005, Kathleen received recognition as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation, the highest designation granted. She is also a Certified Coach Supervisor and a Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner. Kathleen teaches coaching skills to leaders within organizations, and also supports professional coaches via individual and group coaching supervision. She also works with leaders in intact teams to help them grow and develop as a team. In 2023, she created and taught a master's level course on Team Effectiveness with the Washington State University College of Medicine. Kathleen lives in Santa Barbara, California with Larry, and loves to entertain, play the piano, and ski. She sits on the board of directors for Coaches Collective International.
