David M. Zuniga

David is a native Texan and former engineer, missionary pilot, SCUBA instructor, Christian school founder, cattleman, and general contractor. Deeply disturbed at the 9/11 gaslighting and government corruption, David took a sabbatical from his engineering practice to study the core drivers of our collapse, praying for direction and answers. This led to his writing the first draft of the AmericaAgain! Declaration in 2006 and founding of AmericaAgain! Trust with his brother Oscar, a fellow engineer. Based on the warranty language in the 28th Federalist, David developed the Indictment Engine™, a planned mobile app allowing citizens to finally track and arrest government corruption. "This Bloodless Liberty" (2010) was his first attempt to explain the trust's action mission. "Fear The People" (2015), "A Republic to Save" (2018) and 12 other titles added much more detail to the action plan: restore Grand Jury and Militia in every county, bring Congress home to be history's first distributed legislature, and restore all that Americans have lost to DC organized crime. Tactical Civics™ has launched over 575 county chapters as of May 2023 and maintains its Training Center at TacticalCivics.com to provide fellowship, training, and organization to chapter leaders from Alaska to Florida.
