Jerry L. Parks

Jerry Parks was born and lives in Lexington, KY. He recently retired from teaching 7th grade social studies at the Georgetown Middle School, and currently teaches World History to sophomores at the Lexington Christian Academy. He also teaches an advanced Bible Study class at Southland Christian Church in Lexington, KY. Jerry taught for 31 years, and is a member of the The National Teachers Hall of Fame, and the USA-TODAY All-American Teacher Team. He is the author of 12 books, ranging from Christian studies on prayer, the Book of Revelation, the Millennium, and Joseph the Hebrew, to instructional guides for new teachers, and NBPTS certification for seasoned classroom pros. He also serves on the Advisory Council for Author House Publishers, and speaks at various national conferences across America.
