Growing up in Peterborough UK, I found solace in the rhythms and rhymes of hip-hop and R&B. It was a therapeutic outlet, a way to express myself and let my thoughts flow freely. Whenever inspiration struck, I'd grab an instrumental or a beat and start pouring out my heart onto paper. These words, once scribbled down and tucked away in a shoebox—nowadays a hard drive—seemed insignificant. However, when I shared them with others and heard their positive reactions, I realized their potential. It was then that I set a goal: to turn my words into a book. My inspiration comes from a diverse range of sources. Music, movies, spiritual texts, and current events all fuel my imagination. The rhythmic and rhyming style of hip-hop verses has significantly influenced my writing. And, of course, my mother and grandmother, both talented writers, have undoubtedly passed down their literary genes. As a child, I spent countless hours listening to music and the creative storytelling it offered.
