It all started at a very fast right hand corner of the famed Circuit de Spa Francorchamps, a high speed race track in Belgium. It was in the early seventies, and Wilfried Müller, a young student from Cologne, Germany, had pitched his tent uphill on the outside of this corner. Then came a 12-cylinder Matra race car screaming through this right-hander. This was it. Wilfried had found another love aside literature and travelling: racing. And he has been lucky enough to live all three passions in his job as a motor sports reporter over many years. For more than three decades now Wilfried Müller has been writing books and articles about sports cars, race cars and rally cars, about the people who make them, and about the daredevils who drive them. At an early stage of his career, Wilfried discovered his keen interest for everything Porsche, a theme that occupies him to this day. Wilfried lives with his wife and two children (passion number four) on New Zealand's North Island.
