M.O. Walsh

M.O. Walsh was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is the author of the story collection The Prospect of Magic, and the novels My Sunshine Away and The Big Door Prize. His stories and essays have appeared the New York Times, Oxford American, The Paris Review, The Guardian, The Southern Review, American Short Fiction, and Best New American Voices, among others. His first novel, MY SUNSHINE AWAY, was a New York Times Bestseller, an Amazon featured Debut, and was named a best book of 2015 by NPR, Kirkus, and Booklist.
