D.B. Gilles is a novelist, screenwriter, playwright and television writer. His most recent novel is THE ESCAPE OF GIANT 647, which is about the relationship between a 17-year-old girl who survives a plane crash in a remote nature preserve who is rescued by a 13-foot giant who speaks perfect English. Together, they make their escape into unknown territory. He also just published the 3rd installment in his THE PUG THAT ATE PARIS series--"PRINCE CHARLES, MUSHY PEAS & MOI. D.B. is also the author of the Paris time-travel novel, THE EIFFEL TOWER PROPHECY, set in Paris in 1889 and ESCOFFIER'S MENU about the hunt for a long lost menu by renowned chef August Escoffier. D.B. is one of the most in-demand Script Consultants and Writing Coaches in the United States. He is on the faculty of the Undergraduate Film & Television Department at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts where he teaches screenwriting, television writing and comedy writing.
