Crystal Zaborowski Saltrelli

Crystal Saltrelli is a speaker, author, and Certified Health Coach. With her books, classes, videos, and website, Crystal has helped thousands of people worldwide learn to live (well!) with gastroparesis. Crystal’s interest in holistic health and nutrition began soon after she was diagnosed with idiopathic gastroparesis in 2004 at the age of 23. She went on to study Health Counseling and Holistic Nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners in 2010. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree from Dartmouth College and has completed continuing education coursework via the Harvard School of Medicine. Crystal is the author of Eating for Gastroparesis and Living (Well!) with Gastroparesis. Her work has also been published in the American Journal of Gastroenterology, Digest, and Digestive Health Matters. Crystal lives in western New York with her husband and daughter.
