John R Henry

John R Henry CPP is renowned as an expert in all facets of manufacturing with heavy experience in packaging. He has written and taught extensively on packaging machinery design, use troubleshooting as well as the intersection of packaging machinery and materials. He is the Changeover Wizard at www.changeover.com and brings special expertise to the field of changeover, SMED and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) Since 1999 John has published the Lean Changeover Newsletter. Since 1982 he has taught at Southern New Hampshire University's Graduate School of Business.
