I am an author, speaker and sales coach. I am not the classic sales author or trainer. Most sales books and training are targeted toward the top 20% performers who are already successful. While I honor and love top performers they are not my primary audience. I am called to; The Newbie - those who are new to sales and nervous - scared of what to do...not knowing what comes next. The Wounded Warrior - those missing quotas and struggling financially. Those who feel they don't have what it takes and are barely hanging on - ready to quit. The Steady Majority - good performers who are working hard but are one ingredient way from reaching a higher level of success. I am a voice for the 80%. I have been in the profession of sales for 30 years and seen it from all perspectives. I believe that sales is vital to life and that everyone has the ability to connect in a way that can help them sell successfully. Where most people have a challenge is trying to duplicate "the voice" they received in training or imitating others. It makes you sound un-natural and requires will power to keep it up - that is exhausting. There should be no cookie cutter approach to creating high sales achievers and each individual has special needs to unleash their greatest potential. My goal is to help people find their own Authentic Sales Voice and to become successful "in their own skin". I have built a reputation as a great storyteller. I have been using stories to help people achieve for 30 years, with great results. The books I write are from experience and resonate with people at all levels.
