David Adjmi is the author of the plays The Evildoers, Stunning (winner of the Steinberg Playwright Award), 3C, Elective Affinities (with Zoe Caldwell) and Marie Antoinette. His plays have been produced at Lincoln Center, the RSC, Steppenwolf and Soho Rep and elsewhere. His newest play, Stereophonic, will premiere at the Helen Hayes Theatre (on Broadway) in early 2021, with music by Will Butler (from Arcade Fire.) His memoir, Lot Six, will be published by HarperCollins in June 2020. David is the author of two play collections: Stunning and Other Plays and 1789/1978 (both from TCG.) A recipient of a Whiting Writers' Award, and a Guggenheim Fellowship, he lives in Los Angeles.
