Michael Saunders

Reading and writing have been a passion since being taught to read at age three by my mother. I devoured books and kept my mother busy making sure that I had something to read at all times.

Serving as Worship Leader and Pastor over the years has taken me down the paths that culminated in the writing of my first book, entitled Walking Backwards. My journey through life has been fraught with perils and pitfalls as well as mountaintop experiences. But isn't that what life is? A journey to lead you into and through the very things that will shape you!

I am blessed to have a wife that understands me and supports me. Vicki is a stalwart fixture in my life and the ministry that we share together. I am also blessed to have children who God has used to teach me many things. I would not trade in a single one of them.

I still have more questions than I have answers, but am in a wonderful relationship with the One who does have the answers - Jesus Christ, the original author of everything!
