Tim Catchim

Tim Catchim grew up largely in the metropolitan region around Washington D.C. His leadership experience revolves around urban and semi-urban church planting, discipling, leadership development, entrepreneurship, working with at-risk youth and community development, coaching, and consulting. Tim functions as a multi-vocational entrepreneur. He has started several business, to include a curbside recycling business, a Go Green Initiative, as well as Trimtab: A Coaching and Consulting agency that helps people apply APEST in their life, leadership, teams, and organizations. He has also been instrumental in the start up phases of several non-profits. He specializes in bringing strategic vision and clarity to entrepreneurial ventures and the process of innovation. Integrated into his leadership philosophy and praxis is a thorough understanding of atonement models, discipleship, the fivefold ministries of APEST, MBTI, Enneagram, group dynamics, and organizational design.
