For over 50 years, Mary Lee has studied and practiced tarot and astrology, following a deliberate path of self-discovery and growth in the Celtic Shamanic tradition. Exploring her own past lives since 1985 and becoming a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist in 1997, she combined these fields in a unique approach to healing and self-awareness. Over the past two decades, she has written six books on these topics and gives professional certification to students worldwide through her hybrid courses on Teachable.com. Mary Lee has previously taught her professional courses at Bellevue College and Bastyr University in the Seattle area. She has presented at conferences across the US, and in Vancouver, The Netherlands, Puerto Rico, and India. As a healer, coach, and catalyst of change, she developed the LaBay Method of Integrative Hypnotherapy. The goal is to foster wellness in the body and mind and promote the evolution of the emotions and soul. This exclusive approach is about reaching deep into the subconscious to uncover the driving forces, motives, and needs of an individual, and set them on a course of success and happiness. Mary Lee holds a Ph.D. in Behavioral Psychology, certificates in NLP, Applied Kinesiology, Reiki, and Gestalt Therapy, was accepted into Mensa, and was named among the Top 100 Thought Leaders of 2007 by Personal Excellence magazine. Alongside teaching, she maintains a private practice over Zoom where she supports clients around the world in achieving self-discovery, purpose, healing, and transformation.
