Phil Mennitti is an honors graduate with a Master of Education from Point Park University of Pittsburgh. He earned two degrees in education including a bachelors in Social Studies. Phil and Jen married in 2000, they have two children together. She is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in business, and was Treasurer of the Penn State Business Society.
