I've written all sorts of things in my life -- book dust-jacket copy, film and photography criticism, scenarios for theme park attractions, screenplays. I'd say that my Kindle fiction is the first work I've ever done that was really worth a damn -- because it was the first work I ever did just for myself and for readers, without the intervention of editors or agents or executives of any kind. My screenplays include "The Mummy" (1999) and "Gotham" (1988) which I also directed. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and play some poker there from time to time.
