Wendy Polisi is the passionate cook, photographer, and writer behind WendyPolisi.com and Kicking-Carbs.com. She believes healthy food should never mean sacrificing flavor. Her 14 and 15-year-old boys serve as chief recipe testers, and her 7-year old daughter is head food critic in training. She lives in Orlando, Florida. When she’s not photographing or writing about food, chances are you will find her at a theme park with her three kids - most likely on a roller coaster.
