Malaysian SFF writer, editor, and critic Jaymee Goh has been published in magazines like Lightspeed Magazine and Beneath Ceaseless Skies, and in anthologies like the award-winning New Suns: Original Speculative Fiction by People of Color. Her short stories have also been reprinted in LeVar Burton Reads and Best American Science Fiction & Fantasy.
As an editor, Goh co-edited the critically acclaimed anthology The Sea is Ours: Tales of Steampunk Southeast Asia (Rosarium Publishing, 2015) with Joyce Chng. She recently edited DON’T TOUCH THAT! A Sci-Fi and Fantasy Parenting Anthology and the Strange Horizons Southeast Asian Special Issue (2022).
Jaymee Goh holds a PhD in Comparative Literature from the University of California, Riverside, specialising in critical race theory and science fiction studies. She is a graduate of the Clarion Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers Workshop.
