Rebecca E. Williams is a psychologist, a wellness expert, and an award winning author. She received her undergraduate degree from Williams College, her master's degree from Harvard and her PhD from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Growing up in the Bronx, New York she saw firsthand the devastating impact addiction can have on individuals, families and whole communities. Rebecca has dedicated her professional life to understanding and treating people recovering from addiction, mental illness, and life's challenges.
