I'm an Australian author who has written three books for adults and six for kids. My novels ('Players' and 'Making News') are satirical takes on the world of media and celebrity, and my picture books have been both prose and rhyming. The most successful has been 'The Princess and the Packet of Frozen Peas', which is regarded by some as an anti Princess book.
