Daniel S. Newman, PhD, NCSP, is a Professor and Program Coordinator of the School Psychology Program and School of Human Services at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Newman's research, teaching, and service focus on school consultation, supervision, and professional issues in school psychology. He has authored articles in peer-reviewed journals, book chapters, and four books, and presents nationally and internationally on these topics. Dr. Newman is the Editor of the Journal of Educational and Psychological Consultation, and he serves on the Editorial Boards of School Psychology and School Psychology International. He is also Editor of Routledge’s Consultation, Supervision, and Professional Learning in School Psychology book series. Dr. Newman serves multiple service roles including with the Trainers of School Psychologists and National Association of School Psychologists, and he is an elected member of the Society for the Study of School Psychology.
