Melissa Lenos

Melissa Lenos is Senior Director of Graduate Advising & Engagement for the Humanities at the University of Pittsburgh, where she also teaches in the English Department. Her primary research areas are narratology and Hollywood with a focus on film remakes. She is also co-author, with Kevin L. Ferguson, of the forthcoming Generation X: The Popular Culture that Defined the MTV Generation and co-editor, with Anna Froula, Tanya Horeck, and Erin Meyers, of the forthcoming Televising True Crime: The True Crime Genre in the Digital Age. Her work has also appeared in Cinema Journal, Antenna, and In Media Res.
